Derrick Haslem, MD, is the director of medical oncology at Intermountain Healthcare’s Southwest Regional Cancer Clinic. A board-certified specialist in internal medicine and medical oncology, with expertise in targeted therapy, Derrick provides care for cancer patients at locations in both Cedar City and St. George, Utah. He received his MD from the University of Utah School of Medicine, completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics, and an oncology fellowship at the University of Utah’s Huntsman Cancer Institute. Derrick and his partners have established Intermountain Healthcare Cancer Genomics.
