Lonnie D. Stallcup, Jr, BS, MT, began his laboratory career in the United States Air Force in 1988 as a medical lab technician. He then served as a clinical laboratory technologist at Laboratory Alliance of CNY until 2003 and as a physicians' office lab manager for a year. In 2003, Lonnie accepted the position of educational services manager at Laboratory Alliance of CNY, followed by an appointment to Laboratory Alliance's first Lean Team in 2010, and by his current appointment as the manager of continuous process improvement.
