Y. Victoria Zhang, PhD, DABCC, is an assistant professor in the department of pathology and laboratory medicine, and director of the clinical mass spectrometry and toxicology laboratory at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is the current and founding chair of the mass spectrometry and separation sciences division of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. Her research interests are in clinical applications of mass spectrometry, translational research, and laboratory management and leadership development. Dr. Zhang received her fellowship training in clinical chemistry at Harvard Medical School and is an MBA candidate at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania.
