Streck introduces Temp-Chex Digital II, a thermometer built to withstand harsh environments with a temperature range appropriate for multiple applications. The thermometer is certified NIST-traceable, measures temperatures from -50ºC to 200ºC, and offers an easy-to-read display with minimum/maximum temperature, low/high alarm, and date/time modes. The unit automatically records the date and time of up to 10 events when a temperature is out of its alarm limits. The thermometer probe is immersed in a vial of glass beads, so readings will not fluctuate with the opening and closing of doors, allowing for greater accuracy.
