Medicus has worked for more than 15 years in the development of laboratory management software and middleware and provides consulting services to laboratories across the United States. The acquisition will further enable CGM to leverage the expansive Medicus network of health care organizations and consultants selling its LIS solutions within the health continuum, as the company continues to deliver products and services with the opportunity to expand, grow, and offer comprehensive laboratory data management and revenue cycle management solutions.
