The Benchmark MC-24R refrigerated microcentrifuge from Braintree Scientific is designed for the molecular biology laboratory, featuring an updated touch control panel, high speed centrifugation (up to 13,500 rpm/16,800 xg) and a COMBI-Rotor that accepts both standard microtubes (1.5/2.0 mL) and PCR tubes/strips (0.2 mL), eliminating the need for a dedicated PCR strip/tube rotor. The unit includes a four-place PCR strip rotor and is available with an optional hermetically sealed rotor.
